Kvinders sprintkonkurrence i langrend ved vinter-OL 2022 blev afholdt den 8. februar i Kuyangshu Nordic Center og Biathlon Center i Zhangjiakou.[1] Jonna Sundling fra Sverige blev olympisk mester. Hendes landsmand, Maja Dahlqvist, vandt sølvmedaljen, og Jessie Diggins fra USA bronzen.
