Kvindernes 15 kilometer skiathlonkonkurrence i langrend ved Vinter-OL 2022 blev afholdt den 5. februar i Kuyangshu Nordic Center og Biathlon Center i Zhangjiakou.[1] Stævnet blev vundet af Therese Johaug fra Norge, for hvem dette er det første individuelle OL-guld.
