Kernekortets tabeller nedenfor, viser alle de kemiske grundstoffers kendte isotoper, arrangeret med stigende atomnummer (symbol Z) fra venstre mod højre - og stigende neutronantal (symbol N) fra top til bund.

Andre navne for et kernekort er isotopkort, nuklidkort, isotoptavle, isotoptabel eller Segrè-kort.

Halveringstider er angivet med farven på hver isotops celle (se farvekort i hvert afsnit). farverand (eller farve udenfor randstipling) angiver halveringstider for de mest stabile nukleare isomertilstande.

Dataene for disse tabeller kom fra Brookhaven National Laboratory, som har en interaktiv tabel over nuklider med data om ~3000 nuklider.[1]
