Itzulia Basque Country Women 2021 er den 2. udgave af det spanske etapeløb Itzulia Women (tidligere Donostia San Sebastian). Cykelløbets tre etaper var planlagt til afvikling fra 14. til 16. maj 2021 i Baskerlandet, men blev i slutningen af januar udsat til et endnu ikke planlagt tidspunkt på grund af coronaviruspandemien. Løbet er tolvte arrangement på UCI Women's World Tour 2021. Den oprindelige 2. udgave blev i 2020 aflyst på grund af coronaviruspandemien.[2]
