Gus Johnson (15. november 1913 i Tyler Texas – 6. februar 2000 i Denver, Colorado, USA) var en amerikansk jazztrommeslager.

Johnson er mest kendt for sit arbejde med Ella Fitzgerald og Count Basie. Han har også spillet med Gerry Mulligan i dennes gruppe i 1960´erne.

Han var en fremragende akkompagnatør både i big bands og små grupper.
