Grand Prix du canton d'Argovie 2021 (Grosser Preis des Kantons Aargau) var den 57. udgave af det schweiziske cykelløb Grand Prix du canton d'Argovie. Det 173 km lange linjeløb blev kørt i kantonen Aargau den 4. juni 2021 med start og mål i Leuggern. Løbet var en del af UCI Europe Tour 2021. Den oprindelige 57. udgave blev i 2020 aflyst på grund af coronaviruspandemien.[1]
