Grand Prix des Nations var et individuelt enkeltstartsløb for Europas ledende professionelle landevejscykelryttere. Det blev afholdt årligt i Frankrig fra 1932 til og med 2004, med undtagelse af årene 1939 og 1995. Løbet blev anset som et uofficielt verdensmesterskab i enkeltstart og som en klassiker.
Da UCI indførte det officielle verdensmesterskab i enkeltstart i 1994, og øvelsen også blev en egen OL-gren i 1996, mistede Grand Prix des Nations sin betydning. Løbet blev til slut fjernet fra kalenderen da man indførte UCI ProTour i 2005.
