Gran Premio Ciudad de Eibar 2021 var den 3. udgave af det spanske cykelløb Gran Premio Ciudad de Eibar. Linjeløbet blev kørt den 16. maj 2021 på en rundstrækning med start og mål i Eibar. Løbet var en del af den internationale UCI-kalender for damer 2021. Den oprindelige 3. udgave blev i 2020 aflyst på grund af coronaviruspandemien.[1]
