Golf for herrer under Sommer-OL 2020 fandt sted den 29. juli1. august 2021 i Kasumigaseki Country Club.[1]

60 golfspillere fra 35 nationer konkurrerede i stævnet, som blev vundet af Xander Schauffele fra USA.[2]

Turneringsformat

Konkurrencen bliver afviklet efter de almindelige golfregler som et 72 hullers individuelt slagspil fordelt på 4 runder á 18 huller om dagen. Der deltager i alt 60 spillere, som er fordelt i henhold til oversigten nedenfor. Alle 60 spillere spiller alle 4 runder og der er ingen spiller, der bliver elimineret.

Tidsplan

Som med de fleste større golfturneringer afholdes begivenheden over fire dage (torsdag til søndag), hvor hver golfspiller spiller en runde (18 huller) om dagen.[1]
