Giro d'Italia 2019 var den 102. udgave af cykelløbet Giro d'Italia. Det blev afholdt i perioden 11. maj til 2. juni 2019. Løbet startede i Bologna med en 8,2 km enkeltstart.
Løbets 21 etaper gik over i alt 3.486,5 km og indeholdt tre enkeltstarter.
Den samlede vinder af løbet blev ecuadorianske Richard Carapaz fra Movistar Team.[1]
