Federation Cup 1970 var den ottende udgave af Fed Cup, den kvindelige pendant til mændenes Davis Cup, arrangeret af International Tennis Federation. Turneringen havde deltagelse af 19 nationer, og alle kampene blev spillet på grusbaner i Tennis Club Freiburg i Freiburg im Breisgau, Vesttyskland i perioden 19. - 24. maj 1970.
Turneringen blev vundet af Australien, som i finalen besejrede værtslandet Vesttyskland med 3-0, og som dermed vandt Fed Cup-titlen for fjerde gang. Australiens hold bestod af Judy Dalton og Karen Krantzcke, mens Vesttyskland blev repræsenteret af Helga Hösl og Helga Niessen.
