Federation Cup 1966 var den fjerde udgave af Fed Cup, den kvindelige pendant til mændenes Davis Cup, arrangeret af International Tennis Federation. Turneringen havde deltagelse af 20 nationer, hvilket var en tangering af den hidtidige deltagerrekord fra 1964. Alle kampene blev spillet i Sporting Tennis Club Borgaro i Torino, Italien i perioden 10. – 15. maj 1966.
Turneringen blev for anden gang vundet af USA, som i finalen besejrede Vesttyskland med 3-0. Det var første gang, at Vesttyskland var i Fed Cup-finalen, og i øvrigt første gang at finalen ikke var et opgør mellem USA og Australien. USA's hold bestod af Billie Jean King, Julie Heldman og Carole Graebner, mens Vesttyskland blev repræsenteret af Helga Niessen, Edda Buding og Helga Hösl.
