Federation Cup 1965 var den tredje udgave af Fed Cup, den kvindelige pendant til mændenes Davis Cup, arrangeret af International Tennis Federation. Turneringen havde deltagelse af 11 nationer, og alle kampene blev spillet i Kooyong Lawn Tennis Club i Melbourne, Australien i perioden 15. – 18. januar 1965.
Titlen blev vundet af Australiens hold bestående af Lesley Turner Bowrey, Margaret Court og Judy Tegart Dalton, som for andet år i træk besejrede USA i finalen med 2-1. USA's hold bestod af Billie Jean King og Carole Caldwell Graebner. Sejren var Australiens anden Fed Cup-titel.
