FA WSL 2021-22 var den ellevte udgave af FA WSL siden ligaen blev etableret i 2010.[1] FA WSL er den højeste liga indenfor fodbold for kvinder i England. Det var den tredje sæson efter omstruktureringen af de fire højeste niveauer af engelsk fodbold for kvinder.

Fra 2020–21 sæsonen fik FA WSL tre pladser til Champions League pr. sæson, til forskel fra sæsonerne før fik de tildelt to pladser.[2]

Chelsea kunne kalde sig vindere af ligaen i den allersidste spillerunde efter sejr over Manchester United på 4–2, hvilket var deres tredje titel i træk og sjette i alt.[3]

Klubber

12 hold vil deltage i 2021–22 FA WSL sæsonen. Efter fire sæsoner, nedrykkede Bristol City fra ligaen, mens Leicester City oprykkede for for første gang.[4]

Flag of Jamaica. “The sunshine, the land is green, and the people are strong and bold” is the symbolism of the colours of the flag. GOLD represents the natural wealth and beauty of sunlight; GREEN represents hope and agricultural resources; BLACK represents the strength and creativity of the people. The original symbolism, however, was "Hardships there are, but the land is green, and the sun shineth", where BLACK represented the hardships being faced.
