Herrernes linjeløb ved EM i landevejscykling 2018 blev afholdt den 12. august i Glasgow, Skotland. Linjeløbet foregik over 230,4 km.
Linjeløbet blev vundet af italienske Matteo Trentin, efterfulgt af hollandske Mathieu van der Poel og belgiske Wout van Aert.
