EFL Cup 2023-24

EFL Cup (historisk kendt som League Cup, og som Carabao Cup af sponsorhensyn) er en engelsk fodboldturnering, der arrangeres af The Football League. Turneringen har deltagelse af de 92 hold i The Football League og Premier League. Vinderne af turneringen kvalificerer sig til UEFA Europa League, såfremt de ikke allerede har kvalificeret sig til europæisk fodbold på anden vis. Taberen af finalen kvalificerer sig ikke til europæisk fodbold, så hvis vinderen kvalificerer sig til anden vis, så går det ledige plads i UEFA Europa League til det bedst placerede hold i Premier League, der ikke havde kvalificeret sig til Europa Cup'en.

Navnesponsorer

Siden 1982 har Football League Cup fået navn efter en af turneringens sponsorer. Siden 2017 er turneringen sponseret af den thailandske energidrik Carabao. Turneringens sponsornavne gennem tiden er anført nedenfor.

Siden 1967 er finalerne afviklet i form af én kamp, som blev spillet på Wembley Stadium (i 2001-07 på Millennium Stadium).
