E3 BinckBank Classic 2019 var den 62. udgave af cykelløbet E3 BinckBank Classic (tidligere kendt som E3 Harelbeke). Det var det 11. arrangement på UCI's World Tour-kalender i 2019 og blev arrangeret 29. marts 2019. Løbet blev vundet af tjekkiske Zdeněk Štybar fra Deceuninck-Quick Step.

National flag of Canada. This file uses RGB specifications, resulting in a brighter red than the Pantone colors recommended by the Canadian government. Even a CMYK printed material cannot render such a red (see explanation in talk page).
Flag of Portugal, created by Columbano Bordalo Pinheiro (1857–1929), officially adopted by Portuguese government in June 30th 1911 (in use since about November 1910).
