Dwars door Vlaanderen 2019 var den 74. udgave af cykelløbet Dwars door Vlaanderen. Det var det 13. arrangement på UCI's World Tour-kalender i 2019 og blev afviklet 3. april 2019. Løbet blev vundet af hollandske Mathieu van der Poel fra Corendon-Circus.
