Deutschland Tour 2021 var den 35. udgave af det tyske etapeløb Deutschland Tour. Cykelløbets fire etaper blev kørt over 727 km fra 26. august med start i Stralsund, til 29. august 2021 hvor det sluttede i Nürnberg. Løbet var en del af UCI ProSeries 2021. Den oprindelige 35. udgave blev i 2020 aflyst på grund af coronaviruspandemien.[1]
