Critérium du Dauphiné 2020 var den 72. udgave af cykelløbet Critérium du Dauphiné. Det franske etapeløb er på UCI's World Tour-kalender i 2020 og løbets fem etaper blev kørt mellem 12. og 16. august 2020. Løbet skulle efter planen havde været afholdt fra 31. maj til 7. juni over otte etaper, men blev på grund af coronaviruspandemien flyttet og forkortet.
Løbet blev vundet af columbianske Daniel Martínez fra EF Pro Cycling.
