Classic Brugge-De Panne for kvinder 2022 var den 5. udgave af det belgiske cykelløb Classic Brugge-De Panne for kvinder. Det 162,8 km lange linjeløb blev kørt den 24. marts 2022 med start i Brugge og mål i De Panne i Vestflandern. Løbet var fjerde arrangement på UCI Women's World Tour 2022. Løbet blev vundet af italienske Elisa Balsamo fra Trek-Segafredo.
