Clásica de San Sebastián 2023 var den 42. udgave af det spanske cykelløb Clásica de San Sebastián. Det 230,3 km lange linjeløb blev kørt den 29. juli 2023 med start og mål i San Sebastián. Løbet var 26. arrangement på UCI World Tour 2023. Løbet blev vundet af belgiske Remco Evenepoel fra Soudal Quick-Step for tredje gang i karrieren.
