Ceratizit Challenge by La Vuelta 2021 var den 7. udgave af det spanske etapeløb Madrid Challenge by La Vuelta. Det blev afviklet i Galicien over fire etaper fra 2. til 5. september 2021. For første gang i løbets historie var der fire etaper, ligesom 2. etape var en bjergenkeltstart. De tre første etaper havde start ved et skiresort på bjerget Cabeza de Manzaneda.[1]
