Vinens bouquet frigøres ved at slynge vinen i glasset
Bouquet er et udtryk, der bruges om en rødvins duft. Hvidvines duft hedder parfum eller aroma. Ordet kommer af fransk, hvor det betyder (blomster-)buket.
