Boucles de la Mayenne 2021 var den 46. udgave af det franske etapeløb Boucles de la Mayenne. Cykelløbets fire etaper blev kørt over 714 km fra 27. til 30. maj 2021 med start i Le Genest-Saint-Isle og mål i Laval i departementet Mayenne. Løbet var en del af UCI ProSeries 2021. Den oprindelige 46. udgave blev i 2020 aflyst på grund af coronaviruspandemien.[1]
Løbets samlede vinder blev franske Arnaud Démare fra Groupama-FDJ.
