Belgrade Banjaluka 2021 var den 15. udgave af det bosnisk-serbiske etapeløb Belgrade Banjaluka. Cykelløbets fire etaper havde en samlet distance på godt 500 km, og blev kørt fra 22. april hvor det startede i Beograd, til 25. april 2021 hvor løbet sluttede i Banja Luka.
Estiske Mihkel Räim fra Mazowsze Serce Polski vandt løbet samlet.
