Baskerlandet Rundt 2018 var den 58. udgave af cykelløbet Baskerlandet Rundt. Det baskiske etapeløb var det 14. arrangement på UCI's World Tour-kalender i 2018 og blev arrangeret mellem 2. og 7. april 2018. Den samlede vinder af løbet blev slovenske Primož Roglič fra Team LottoNL-Jumbo.
