Kvinders maraton ved Sommer-OL 2020 blev afholdt den 7. august 2021 i Sapporo, Japan.[1][2] Den regerende mester er kenyanske Jemima Sumgong, som ikke var i stand til at forsvare sin titel på grund af sin suspension for doping.[3]
