Amstel Gold Race 2019 var den 54. udgave af cykelløbet Amstel Gold Race. Det var det 18. arrangement på UCI's World Tour-kalender i 2019 og blev arrangeret 21. april 2019. Løbet blev vundet af hollandske Mathieu van der Poel fra Corendon-Circus.
