Adam Baldwin (født 27. februar 1962) er en amerikansk skuespiller. Han medvirkede i Full Metal Jacket (1987) som Animal Mother, samt i tv-serien Firefly og filmfortsættelsen Serenity i rollen som Jayne Cobb. Hans øvrige roller inkluderer Stillman i Ordinary People (1980), oberst John Casey i Chuck og Mike Slattery i The Last Ship.
Baldwin bliver nogle gange krediteret for at have skabt hashtagget #GamerGate i slutningen af august 2014, ved a tskrive det på Twitter sammen med et par videoer som en del af en bredere kritik af Zoe Quinn og Nathan Grayson.[1][2]
Han er ikke i familie med Baldwinbrødrene (Alec, Daniel, William og Stephen).
