Decathlon AG2R La Mondiale Team er et fransk cykelhold.

Holdet fik ikke licens til den første ProTour i 2005, og var derfor afhængig af at blive inviteret til de store franske cykelløb som Paris-Nice, Paris-Roubaix og Tour de France. Efter at have fået kontrakt med stærke ryttere som Francisco Mancebo og Christophe Moreau, fik holdet tildelt ProTour-licensen fra det nedlagte Fassa Bortolo-hold. AG2R var det eneste reelle valg efter at Comunidad Valenciana trak sig og Fassa Bortolos gamle sportsdirektør Giancarlo Ferrettis nye hold ikke havde de nødvendige midler, som måtte til for at stille op i ProTouren.
