8. etape af Tour de France 2023 var en 200,7 km lang kuperet etape med en samlet stigning på 1.812 m. Den blev kørt 8. juli 2023 med start i Libourne og mål i Limoges.[1][2][3]

Efter en massespurt blev etapen vundet af danske Mads Pedersen fra Lidl-Trek. Jonas Vingegaard beholdte den gule førertrøje.[4]
