7. etape af Vuelta a España 2020 var en 159,7 km lang middel bjergetape, som blev kørt den 27. oktober 2020 med start i Vitoria-Gasteiz og mål i Villanueva de Valdegovía.[1]

For at undgå spredning af COVID-19, var etapens stigninger lukket af for tilskuere. På det tidspunkt var godt 1.000.000 spaniere blevet smittet med virussen under coronaviruspandemien.[2]

Canadiske Michael Woods fra EF Pro Cycling vandt etapen fire sekunder foran de to spaniere Omar Fraile (Astana Pro Team) og Alejandro Valverde (Movistar Team). Richard Carapaz bevarede løbets førertrøje.[3]
