6. etape af Vuelta a España 2020 var en 146,4 km lang bjergetape, som blev kørt den 25. oktober 2020 med start i Biescas og mål på toppen af Aramón Formigal.[1]

Etapen blev kørt samme dag som sidste og 21. etape af Giro d'Italia 2020.[2]

For at undgå spredning af COVID-19, var etapens stigninger lukket af for tilskuere. På det tidspunkt var over 1.000.000 spaniere blevet smittet med virussen under coronaviruspandemien.[3]
