6. etape af Tour de France 2020 var en 191 km lang kuperet etape, som blev kørt den 3. september 2020 med start i Le Teil og mål i Mont Aigoual.
Efter et soloudbrud vandt Aleksej Lutsenko fra Astana Pro Team med 55 sekunders forspring til spanske Jesús Herrada fra Cofidis.[1]
