1. etape af Tour de France Femmes 2022 var en 81,7 km lang flad etape med 310 højdemeter, som blev den 24. juli 2022 med start for foden af Eiffeltårnet og mål på Avenue des Champs-Élysées. Etapen blev kørt samme dag som sidste etape af Tour de France 2022. I alt skulle der køres 12 omgange på Champs-Élysées.[1][2]

Den hollandske supersprinter Lorena Wiebes fra Team DSM levede op til favoritværdigheden og vandt etapen. Samtidig kom hun i løbets første gule førertrøje. Danske Emna Norsgaard Bjerg (Movistar Team) endte på femtepladsen.[3]
