Årets museum i Europa
Årets museum i Europa (engelsk: The European Museum of the Year Award; forkortet EMYA) er den ældste og mest prestigefyldte museumspris i Europa, og uddeles hvert år af European Museum Forum i Europarådets regi. Prisen blev etableret i 1977 af journalist og forfatter Kenneth Hudson.
Vinderne af prisen er enten et etableret museum, som har ekspanderet eller moderniseret sig i løbet af de seneste to år, eller et nyt museum, som er åbnet for publikum i løbet af de seneste to år.
Tidligere vindere har været både store og små museer, offentligt og privat ejede; og uanset deres tema eller nationalitet, så har de alle udvist enestående kvalitet for offentligheden og har ændret standarden for kvalitet for europæiske museer.
Europarådet uddeler også hvert år prisen Europarådets museumspris.
