View to the town of Rerik at the foot of Wustrow Peninsula on the German Baltic Sea coast. The peninsula was mined during Nazi times and was a recreation area during GDR times. A lot of hotels was build by the FDGB holiday service. It has few bus connections from Rostock, Bad Doberan and Wismar. It is located in the European Green Belt.
