A Hawker Tempest Mk.V (JN766 "SA-N", foreground) and a Hawker Typhoon Mk.IB ("SA-R") of No. 486 Squadron RNZAF based at Castle Camps, Cambridgeshire (UK), in flight. The Squadron transitioned from the Typhoon to the Tempest between January and April 1944.
