- 0:27 Gather your digital resources
- 0:54 Determine who created the resources
- 1:16 Decide how "open" you want your OER to be (openness vs. degree of control)
- 1:43 Seek permission from the creators identified in Step 2
- 2:02 If you weren't able to identify or secure consent from all creators identified in Step 2, make some decisions
