Andris Bērziņš, the president of Latvia, steps away from his review of U.S. troops from Company A, 2nd Battalion, 8th Calvary Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 1st Calvary Division, before the Latvia Day Parade on November 18, 2014 in Riga, Latvia. U.S. forces, as well as Norwegian troops, marched in the parade as a show of solidarity for their Latvian brothers-in-arms.
