Røgøl This beer is not meant for everyone!
It may require some time to get used to. But then it separates the drinkers, either you love it or you'll walk a wide path around it. Try it once, twice, trice ... then judge. The idea for this beer came during a visit to the beer mecca of Bamberg in southern Germany. They know how to make rauchbier. This is our attempt to make a rauchbier. Røgøl is bottom fermented and brewed on six different barley malts, wheat malt, saaz hops, yeast and water.
