A monument to the "snapphanar" (plural of "snapphane") in a park in Hässleholm, probnably Hembygdsparken (Homeland Park). They were guerillas who fought for Denmark in the wars between Sweden and Denmark in the 1600s. Sweden won, and took control of the southern part of the country from Denmark around 1658.
