Awarded to citizens for outstanding contribution in strengthening friendship and cooperation between nations and peoples, for outstanding achievements in the development of the economic and scientific potential of Russia, for the most productive rapprochement activities and for mutual enrichment of cultures, of nations and peoples, for fostering peace and friendly relations among nations.
