Communication tower with dishes for microwave relay links on Frazier Peak in the San Emigdio Mountains, Ventura County, California. It serves the Mountain Communities of the Tejon Pass, and other entities. The dishes have radomes, plastic sheets covering their apertures, to keep moisture out. A Honda Element is parked in front.
