Faroese chain dance in the village Eiði, in the north of Eysturoy, Faroe Islands. A dancing festival for children from all of the Faroes, who gather once every year to dance the traditional Faroese chain dance. Parents and some grand parents are also dancing with the children, but first of all they get a chance to try it themselves and have fun also. The festival is not in the same village every year, different dancing associations around the islands take turn to arrange the festival for the children together with Slái Ring.
