From 3 to 7 June 2013, an International Atomic Energy Agency team visited the Turbine Hall of Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant Unit 4, where a portion of the roof partially collapsed on 12 February 2013. The plant requested the team to assess the root causes of the collapse, any radiological consequences of the incident, and the plant's response to the event.
