Persian Gulf (Nov. 6, 2006) - Aircrew from Helicopter Mine Countermeasure Squadron Fifteen (HM-15) tow the Navy's MK-105 Magnetic Influence System, better known as the "sled," prior to mine sweeping countermeasure operations in support of Maritime Security Operations (MSO). MSO sets the conditions for security and stability in the maritime environment as well as complement the counter-terrorism and security efforts of regional nations.
