Picture of a revolving-Buddhist ark drawn by Li Jie and published in his Yingzao Fashi in 1103 CE, during the Song Dynasty. Sino-Judaic scholars believe the Kaifeng Jews used one of these to house their 13 Torah scrolls (12 in honor of the Twelve Tribes of Israel and 1 in honor of Moses).
