A video of the process of bottling homebrew beer. The brewers:
- measure the temperature and specific gravity
- clean the equipment and bottles with a solution of iodine-based sanitizer
- add a sugar solution, then siphone the beer from the primary fermentation vessel into the clean vessel with the sugar
- sterilize crown caps over steam
- clean and dry the bottles
- transfer the beer into bottles with an auto-siphon
- seal the bottles for bottle fermentation using crown caps
